Vicki is an amazing instructor and guides you through each move, even as a beginner she puts you at ease and talks you through the practice. I found the classes relaxing but felt like I had worked all of my body. I felt calm and rested afterwards and then really energetic the day after. I felt my strength build quickly and really enjoy the classes.
I fit the yoga into my day seeing results even when just completing less than a half hour class. I feel stronger than ever at 50. Yoga is going to be my number one exercise now. I’ve always been a good runner and competed in triathlons. I know I will no longer compete due to the changes in my life but I now know I can see results I want with yoga.
I am loving yoga and it has become a daily part of my life and has also helped me cope mentally and changed me physically. I have a very busy job and yoga and meditation just takes me away from it all and also helps me start the day in the right frame of mind. Your classes and the group have been great and just what I needed and I can’t thank you enough, it's been great and continues to be!
